Resizing

We can adjust the size of rings to fit your fingers as they change. The resizing range depends on the design and material; please refer to the following details.

◇Up to ±1 size (one time only)

・All designs in K18 pink gold
・Engagement rings: all materials in Comet and Heaven
・Wedding rings: all materials in Bloom and Path S width

◇ Up to ±2 sizes

・Rings other than the ones above

*Adjustments can be made in increments of 0.5 size.

*If you wish to have your ring repaired beyond the above range, we will estimate whether it is possible or not, and then resize or exchange the size for a fee. Please note that even if the ring is within the above range, we may not be able to alter it depending on the condition of the ring. In this case, we will provide you with information on a fee-based size exchange service. Thank you for your understanding.

Refinishing

We can refinish mirror-finished rings with a polished finish and matte-finished rings with a hairline finish. The small flaws that appear on the ring over time are proof of your memories and the time you have spent together. To ensure that you can both wear your precious rings throughout your lives, we will make appropriate repairs that do not affect the strength or design of the ring.

*Refinishing removes a very thin layer of the ring’s surface, so repeated maintenance will put a strain on the ring. Since there is a risk of compromising the durability of the ring, we would appreciate it if you would carefully consider this when making a request.

*Please note that hammered texture rings may exhibit slightly faded due to refinishing. We appreciate your understanding.

*We do not offer re-hammering services. Instead, we encourage you to embrace the natural changes that come with regular wear.

*For "Light Inside You" rings, refinishing is not recommended as polishing may soften the edges of the surface. We hope you will enjoy the unique character that develops over time with use.

Engraving

We can engrave your initials or anniversary date on the inside of the ring.

Fixing a Deformed Ring

We can repair a deformed ring to make it round again. Please note that it may not be possible to repair the ring depending on the condition of the deformation.

New Finish

We will remove small or shallow scratches, and if necessary, we will correct them by adding base metal. We will make appropriate repairs within a range that does not affect the strength or design of the ring. Therefore, depending on the condition of the ring, we may not be able to process the ring because it may become too thin, which may damage the durability of the ring. We thank you for your understanding in advance.

*New finish removes a very thin layer of the ring’s surface, so repeated maintenance will put a strain on the ring. Since there is a risk of compromising the durability of the ring, we would appreciate it if you would carefully consider this when making a request.

*We do not recommend applying a new finish to hammered texture rings, as the hammered details may become less distinct when the hairline is reapplied, or may disappear entirely during scratch removal.

*Re-hammering of hammered texture rings is not available. Please embrace the natural changes that develop over time as the ring is worn.

*For “Light Inside You” rings, we do not recommend a new finish, as polishing can round out the edges of the surface. We encourage you to appreciate the unique character that evolves with regular wear.

Size Exchange (New Rings)

If resizing is not possible, the following exchanges are accepted.

◇Engagement Rings

We will replace the frame with a new one. We will remove the center stone from the original ring and set it in the new frame.

◇Wedding Rings

We will exchange the ring for a new one.

Engraving

We can engrave your initials or anniversary date on the inside of the ring. The following customers may have their rings engraved free of charge.
・Customers who request engraving at the same time as their order
・Customers who are eligible for free after-sales service after receiving the ring

Engraving Removal

We can remove the engraving from your ring.
Please note that the ring may become slightly thinner or larger during the process. Please be assured that you will not feel any difference when you wear it.

Re-engraving

We can erase the engraving and replace it with a new one.
Please note that the ring may become slightly thinner or larger during the process. Please be assured that you will not feel any difference when wearing it.

Fixing Loose or Dislodged Gemstones

We will re-fasten any loose or dislodged gemstones set in the ring. If you have the dislodged stone, please provide it as well. If you have lost the stone, we will prepare a new one. In that case, please understand that there will be a separate charge for the stone.

Other
