8. Disclosure of Personal Information
When a customer requests disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, our company will disclose the information to the customer without delay after verifying that the request is from the customer himself/herself (if the personal information does not exist, our company will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply if our company is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

9. Correction, etc. of Personal Information
If our company is requested by a customer to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “correct(ions), etc.”) the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the personal information is not accurate, our company will confirm that the request is from the customer himself/herself, conduct the necessary investigation without delay to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, correct, etc. the content of the personal information based on the results, and notify the customer to that effect (if it is decided not to make corrections, etc., the customer will also be notified). If our company is requested by a customer to suspend, opt-out or delete the use of the customer’s personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use previously announced or that the information was obtained by false or other illegal means, and if it is found that the request is justified, our company will implement the suspension of use, etc. of the personal information without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself, and notify the customer to that effect.
