However, this does not apply if our company is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

9. Correction, etc. of Personal Information
If our company is requested by a customer to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “correct(ions), etc.”) the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the personal information is not accurate, our company will confirm that the request is from the customer himself/herself, conduct the necessary investigation without delay to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, correct, etc. the content of the personal information based on the results, and notify the customer to that effect (if it is decided not to make corrections, etc., the customer will also be notified).
