●We do not accept orders for resale purposes, orders using international forwarding services, or proxy purchases for commercial purposes, whether domestic or international .

We will review your order and cancel any orders that appear to fall under any of the above at our discretion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

●We apologize for any inconvenience, but as of November 2024, this site is intended for customers residing in Japan.

If a customer living overseas purchases a product through a person living in Japan, the after-sales service provided may differ from that in Japan. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and other taxes associated with imports and exports.

●We will refuse after-sales service to customers who are deemed to fall under the following categories, both domestically and internationally.

- Customers who purchased from unauthorized sources, such as stores, businesses, flea market sites, or individuals.

・Customers who have made purchases for commercial purposes or for the purpose of resale

Customers living in Hong Kong and Taiwan are requested to purchase at authorized retailers.
